10月24日，针对广西百色等地持续性滞涝灾害和灾区救灾救助需要，根据应急管理部调运指令，国家粮食和储备局紧急向灾区增加调拨棉帐篷、折叠床、毛巾被、棉被、防寒服、应急照明灯、家庭应急包等3万件中央救灾物资，支持当地妥善做好受灾群众过渡期救助和基本生活保障。
