由于广州白云机场三期扩建工程建设需要，机场第二高速T3收费站于2024年3月25日17时起临时关闭。
目前，机场T3航站楼内部道路已施工完成，具备通车条件。机场第二高速T3收费站定于2025年10月25日9时00分恢复通行。
