光电股份（600184）发布公告，公司董事会于2025年10月24日收到董事长崔东旭递交的书面辞职报告。
崔东旭因到龄退休申请辞去公司第七届董事会董事长、董事、法定代表人和董事会战略委员会主任委员职务，辞职自送达公司董事会之日起生效。辞职后，崔东旭将不再担任公司任何职务。
2025年中期，光电股份实现收入8.59亿元，归母净利润1238万元。
