10月24日，日本中外制药株式会社宣布已同意收购本土生物制药公司Renalys，收购金额达150亿日元（约合9800万美元）。
Renalys公司拥有肾脏治疗药物Sparsentan在日本及多个亚洲地区进行开发和商业化的权益。该药物目前已在美国和欧洲获得批准使用。此外，其在日本已完成针对患者的最终阶段研究，现正筹备提交监管审评。
