10月23日，大为股份（002213）发布公告，公司证券事务代表李玲因个人原因辞去该职务，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
为确保董事会办公室工作顺利进行，公司于2025年10月23日召开董事会会议，决定聘任朱慧芬为新证券事务代表，任期与第六届董事会一致。
2025年前三季度，大为股份实现收入8.79亿元，归母净利润-753万元。
