财联社10月23日电，霍尼韦尔宣布，正积极推进在2026年下半年剥离其航空航天技术业务的计划，届时将成立一家独立上市的航空航天公司。此前，霍尼韦尔已启动更广泛的业务组合重组，重组后公司将聚焦三大核心业务板块：楼宇自动化、工业自动化以及过程自动化和技术。
