人民财讯10月23日电，据深圳特区报，近日，《深圳市茅洲河流域协同保护规定》《东莞市茅洲河流域协同保护规定》获广东省人大常委会会议批准，并将于明年1月1日起实施。这是深圳与东莞协同开展的立法项目，也是深圳探索区域协同立法的首次实践。
