当地时间22日，美国财政部宣布将对俄罗斯两家大型石油公司实施制裁，包括俄罗斯石油公司和卢克石油公司。
美国财政部还制裁了这两家公司在俄的一系列子公司，所有由这两家公司直接或间接拥有50%或以上股权的实体将被制裁。（央视记者 许骁）
