菲林格尔（603226）发布公告，财务总监朱永红因工作调整于2025年10月22日辞职，辞职后具体工作由公司另行安排。
同时，公司于2025年10月22日召开董事会会议，审议通过了关于聘任财务总监的议案，决定聘任袁爱红担任财务总监，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至2026年10月29日止。袁爱红具备中国注册会计师及中级会计师资格，曾在多家公司担任财务相关职务。
2025年中期，菲林格尔实现收入1.36亿元，归母净利润-2693万元。
