人民财讯10月22日电，哈森股份(603958)10月22日公告，公司拟以自有资金2700万元购买公司控股子公司东台鸿宇电子商务科技有限公司（简称“东台鸿宇”）少数股东温州名蚁网络科技有限公司、黄静合计持有的东台鸿宇45%股权。本次交易完成后，公司对东台鸿宇的持股比例将由55%增加至100%。
