据参考消息援引外媒报道，当地时间10月21日，据乌克兰国防部情报总局的消息人士称，俄罗斯普斯科夫至圣彼得堡铁路发生爆炸。该铁路被用于俄方的军事物流运输。这名消息人士称，爆炸导致一列货运列车部分车厢起火。俄罗斯特种部门随后赶赴现场处置。事发地区的移动互联网在事故发生后中断。
