财联社10月22日电，据央视新闻，当地时间21日，哥伦比亚首都波哥大高等法院宣判该国前总统乌里韦没有犯贿赂罪。但还需要等待是否犯有欺诈罪的裁决。此前，该国法院一审曾裁定乌里韦贿赂和欺诈罪名成立，判处12年居家监禁。
