财联社10月21日电，据央视新闻，当地时间21日早上，哥伦比亚外交部发表公报，哥伦比亚总统古斯塔沃·佩特罗、哥伦比亚驻美国大使丹尼尔 ·加西亚和美国驻哥伦比亚临时代办约翰·麦克纳马拉会晤后，两国代表一致认为，将举行进一步会谈，以期尽快达成解决两国外交危机的方案。
