格隆汇10月21日丨宝通科技(300031.SZ)公布，公司收到控股股东及实际控制人、董事、总经理包志方先生出具的《股份减持实施进展告知函》，获悉包志方先生于2025年8月6日至2025年10月21日期间通过集中竞价方式减持所持有公司股份418.7387万股，占公司总股本的1%。本次权益变动后，包志方先生持有公司股份7,876.3565万股，持股比例由19.81%变动为18.81%，本次权益变动达到1%。
