美国联邦政府“停摆”已超过19天。据美国媒体19日报道，受“停摆”影响，美国能源部下属国家核安全管理局约1400名员工将于20日开始被迫无薪休假，这是该机构2000年成立以来首次。
涉及组装核武器地点的工作将受到影响，相关设施将进入安全关闭模式。报道称，若“停摆”持续下去，最早从28日开始，相关武器制造、特殊核材料浓缩等也将停止。
