10月20日，东土科技（300353）发布公告，公司正在筹划发行股份等方式购买资产事项，经公司向深圳证券交易所申请，公司股票自2025年10月21日开市时起开始停牌。
公司预计在不超过10个交易日的时间内披露本次发行股份购买资产的交易方案，证券最晚将于2025年11月4日开市起复牌并终止筹划相关事项。
2025年中期，东土科技实现收入3.90亿元，归母净利润-8880万元。
