“野人小孩”引关注，最新进展！

近日，在雅西高速四川石棉服务区，有网友拍到一个全身赤裸的孩子，该网友发文称，“孩子类犬，吃饭，爬行……”，像个“野人孩子”。

现场视频显示，一个全身赤裸、瘦弱黝黑的孩子蹲伏在台阶上啃咬食物，旁边还有一位抱着另一个孩子的大人似正在与他说话。另一份视频中，这个孩子用四肢在地上爬行奔跑。

A video showing a naked child crawling and eating on the ground at the service area of the Yaxi Expressway in Sichuan province has sparked public outcry. The child, described online as a "wild child", appears thin with dark skin and is seen crawling and running on all fours.

据了解，孩子及父母来自云南大理州南涧县无量山镇新政村，此次一家人开房车途经上述高速收费站。

新政村一位村民告诉记者，孩子的父亲一年四季都不给孩子穿衣服，村里人曾报过警。

The child and his parents are from a village in Dali's Nanjian county, Yunnan province, and were traveling in a motorhome when the videos were recorded.

Regarding the situation shown in the videos, a villager said that the father has consistently refused to dress the children, which had previously led local residents to file complaints with the authorities.

10月18日，南涧县“10·16”工作组发布情况通报称，公安机关已依法介入，经初步核查，未发现拐卖行为。

南涧县公安局一名工作人员表示，孩子目前在云南省外，南涧县公安局、民政局等相关人员组成的工作组已抵达当地，孩子和其父母已在管控范围内，孩子目前是安全的。公安机关已对其父母是否涉嫌违法犯罪展开调查。

On Saturday, the local officials issued a statement confirming that the police had intervened, and preliminary investigations found no evidence of abduction.

A joint task force of police and civil affairs personnel reached the family, who are currently outside Yunnan, and reported that the child is safe. Authorities are investigating whether the parents violated any laws.

据南涧县委宣传部新闻办主任介绍，涉事家庭为一家四口，包括父亲、母亲和两个男孩，大孩子年龄约3岁，小的约1岁。视频中用四肢在地上爬行奔跑的孩子，即为大孩子。

据当地政府了解，孩子的父亲是南涧县本地人，今年30多岁。母亲户籍在北京，40岁左右。他们双方都受过高等教育，父亲有大学学历，母亲有研究生学历。

The family consists of four members: father, mother, and two sons. The older child, seen crawling in the videos, is about three years old, the younger child is around one. Both parents are highly educated.

对不给孩子穿衣服的做法，这家人的说法是，他们对孩子采用“自然教育法”。

南涧县委宣传部新闻办主任此前对记者解释，当地派出所、民政局、妇联等部门去家里劝导过，让父母帮孩子把衣服穿上，但这对父母的说法是，孩子小时候经常长湿疹，穿上衣服后摩擦会疼痒，所以孩子不太喜欢穿衣服。

“现在我们遇到的一个难题就是，这家人拒不配合沟通。他们的说法是，这是他们的自由，是他们的生活方式，外人没有权利干涉。”南涧县委宣传部新闻办主任说。

Regarding their refusal to dress the children, the parents claimed their approach is a "natural education method", explaining that the older child's eczema makes clothing uncomfortable.

Local officials confirmed repeated efforts to persuade the parents to dress the child. However, the family insisted this is their personal lifestyle, rejecting external intervention.

南涧县公安局一名工作人员告诉记者，孩子目前在云南省外，南涧县公安局、民政局等相关人员组成的工作组已抵达当地，孩子和其父母已在接触范围内，工作组当面开展相关工作，要求其遵守公共秩序，不允许在公共场所再次出现衣不遮体及孩子爬行行为，其家庭已同意。一家人计划驾车回北京。工作组已同当事人女方母亲取得联系，后者介绍近期将把孩子户口落到北京。另外，公安机关已对其父母展开调查。
