近日，位于沈阳中山路与北三经街交汇处的一栋烂尾近30年的大楼，正式启动拆除。
这么说小伙伴可能会有点陌生，换一个名字：它是被称为 “沈阳第一烂尾楼”的银鼎国际大厦。该大楼始建于1996年5月，施工过程中因后续资金不足等原因，中途停滞建设，烂尾至今。
目前此处路已因施工封闭， “沈阳第一烂尾楼”要退出历史舞台了。
