10月16日，中煤能源在月度生产经营情况说明会上表示，2025年9月，受地质条件变化、市场形势变化等因素影响，公司商品煤月度产销量出现少量波动，在正常范围内。目前公司生产经营平稳有序。集团公司存续的煤炭资产暂无注入上市公司的安排。相关信息请以公司在法定披露媒体披露的信息为准。
