今天上午，辽宁省海洋预警监测中心发布海浪Ⅳ级蓝色警报。
受强冷空气影响，预计18日白天，渤海和黄海北部将出现2.5到4.0米的大到巨浪区。辽东半岛西部近岸海域将出现2.0到3.0米的中到大浪，大连市近岸海域海浪预警级别为蓝色。
请在上述海域作业的船只注意安全，沿海各有关单位提前采取防浪避浪措施。
