近日，有市民反映：盐城大丰区大桥镇二中沟至潘堡河泄洪闸，建于二零一六年，桥梁建造设计要求一般为五十年（小型），如今钢筋锈蚀暴露，水泥剥离脱落，这样的惠民工程竟如此质量低劣不堪，对当地的农业生产，排洪灌溉影响极大，希望当地政府引起重视。
