10月17日，海南省海口市秀英区召开领导干部大会，宣布省委关于中共海口市秀英区委主要领导任职的决定。省委决定：薄毅同志任中共海口市秀英区委委员、常委、书记。
薄毅，男，汉族，1977年2月生，大学，法律硕士，中共党员。此前，薄毅曾任海口市生态环境局党组书记、局长、一级调研员。
