据法新社报道，当地时间16日，乌克兰国家电力公司宣布，乌克兰连续第二天在全国范围内实施断电。
据报道，乌克兰国家电力公司在声明中称，由于乌克兰全国能源系统的复杂情况，已在全国实施紧急断电。
英国广播公司(BBC)则报道称，在俄罗斯对乌克兰能源基础设施进行密集空袭后，乌克兰几乎全境都陷入紧急断电状态。报道援引乌克兰能源部门消息称，除两个地区外，乌克兰其他所有地区均受到影响。
目前，俄罗斯方面对此消息暂无回应。
