证券日报网讯 10月16日晚间，朗进科技发布公告称，公司董事会于近日收到董事张光华先生的辞职报告，张光华先生因个人原因，向公司董事会申请辞去董事及薪酬与考核委员会委员职务，辞去上述职务后，张光华先生将不再担任公司的任何职务。
