巴基斯坦和阿富汗政府15日早些时候分别发表声明，证实两国间将实施停火。目前停火已落实。
巴基斯坦外交部15日表示，应阿富汗方面请求，巴阿两国政府同意临时停火48小时。停火自巴基斯坦当地时间15日18时（北京时间21时）开始。在此期间，双方将作出努力，通过建设性对话为这一“复杂但有望解决的问题”寻找积极解决方案。
