近日，许昌市胖东来百货服饰有限公司（下称“百货服饰公司”）一员工因“未按照规定首先接待顾客”，被公司认定为严重违纪并解除劳动合同。该员工随后提起诉讼，河南省许昌市两级法院审理后均认定公司解除合同合法，驳回了其赔偿请求。（大河报）
