瑞财经 严明会 Wind数据显示，截至2025年10月13日，今年以来共有269家公司向港交所递交IPO招股材料，创历史新高。
从月度数据看，2025年6月是年内递表数量最多的月份，达到65家。其次是9月份，达到60家。从行业分布看，2025年以来递表的公司中，信息技术、医疗保健、工业、可选消费、材料、日常消费占比较高。
2025年以来，83家A股上市公司向港交所递交上市申请，超过过去10年总和。
