10月13日，有消费者在社媒发帖称，看到山姆会员店的配送员在电动车上挂满了货物，超载情况严重，担心存在交通安全隐患。随后不少消费者也跟帖称，在多个城市也看到类似情况，并质疑用电动车作为配送工具是否合适。
