财联社10月14日电，高盛集团同意以6.65亿美元现金及股权形式收购Industry Ventures，交易款项于交割时支付。另设最高达3亿美元的额外或有对价（以现金及股权形式支付），具体金额将依据Industry Ventures截至2030年的未来业绩表现确定。交易预计于2026年第一季度完成。高盛集团此项收购由高盛全球银行与市场部担任顾问；Industry Ventures的顾问方为奥本海默公司。Industry Ventures目前管理着70亿美元的受托资产。
