10月13日，古越龙山（600059）发布公告，公司副总经理潘良灿因工作调动于2025年10月10日辞职，辞职后不再担任公司及其控股子公司的任何职务。同时，公司于2025年10月11日召开董事会，聘任胡峰为新任副总经理。
2025年中期，古越龙山实现收入8.93亿元，归母净利润9031万元。
