古越龙山10月13日公告，公司董事会近期收到公司副总经理潘良灿的书面辞职报告，潘良灿因工作调动决定辞去公司副总经理职务，辞职后将不在公司及其控股子公司担任任何职务。同时，公司于2025年10月11日召开第十届董事会第九次会议审议通过《关于聘任公司副总经理的议案》，同意聘任胡峰为公司副总经理。
