智通财经APP获悉，据报道，消息人士透露，华纳兄弟探索频道(WBD.US)拒绝了Paramount Skydance(PSKY)每股约 20 美元的初步收购提议，认为该提议的估值偏低。据说Paramount Skydance正在考虑多种方案以继续推进收购事宜，包括提高报价、直接向华纳兄弟探索频道的股东提出收购请求，或者引入财务支持者来增强其收购要约。
此前曾报道，Paramount Skydance已与阿波罗全球管理公司(APO.US)就可能的资金支持事宜进行了商讨。David Ellison于 8 月接管了Paramount Skydance，此前该公司与他的个人公司Skydance Media完成了价值 80 亿美元的合并。
