10月12日中午，上海中环内圈发生一起严重事故。据乐行上海：11时10分，中环内圈转沪嘉立交匝道内发生2车事故，占用1根车道，后方车辆通行缓慢。至12时07分，事故处理完毕。（东方视频 俞霖）
