为贯彻落实省委、省政府关于防汛减灾工作重要决策部署，积极应对连阴雨影响，10月11日，省财政厅紧急下达农业生产防灾减灾资金4000万元，支持受灾县（市、区）加快开展秋粮抢收、农田排涝、粮食烘干等农业防灾减灾工作并做好冬小麦播种，保障我省秋粮颗粒归仓。
