吴说获悉，Galaxy Digital 宣布与全球领先的资产管理公司达成投资协议，将通过私募方式获得 4.6 亿美元资金。公司表示，所得资金将用于一般企业用途及推进其位于德克萨斯州的 Helios 数据中心项目。该项目计划在 2026 年上半年交付首阶段 133 兆瓦的关键 IT 负载能力。
