格隆汇10月11日｜墨西哥民防部当地时间10月10日报告，自9日以来，由热带风暴“普丽西拉”和“雷蒙德”引发的强降雨已造成墨西哥各州至少23人死亡。墨西哥全国32个州中有31个州的降雨加剧，其中韦拉克鲁斯州、克雷塔罗州、伊达尔戈州、圣路易斯波托西州和普埃布拉州受灾最为严重。
