《科创板日报》11日讯，瑞银预计，受Blackwell、Blackwell Ultra以及Rubin驱动，2026年英伟达对CoWoS晶圆的需求量将达到67.8万片，较今年增长近40%；另外，预计到2026年，英伟达的GPU总产量将达到740万片。
