格隆汇10月10日丨葵花药业(002737.SZ)公布，公司决定授权控股股东葵花集团有限公司（含其合并报表范围内子公司）使用公司第45649037号“葵花”文字商标（核定使用类别：第30类）、第8934143号“葵花宝粒”文字商标（核定使用类别：第30类）、“小葵花”美术作品，授权期限为3年，自2026年1月1日起至2028年12月31日止，使用费用合计为人民币15万元/年。
