近日，张某酒后驾驶一辆无号牌微型轿车，行驶至漯河市金山路与滨河路口时，被漯河交警三大队民警查获。经酒精检测，结果为39mg/100ml，张某属于饮酒后驾驶机动车行驶的违法行为。后经进一步核实，张某未取得机动车驾驶证。
民警对张某进行批评教育，并依法对其进行处罚。
