人民财讯10月9日电，中央气象台10月9日18时继续发布暴雨蓝色预警：预计，10月9日20时至10日20时，陕西北部、山西中部、河北中部、北京南部、天津、山东中北部以及四川盆地西北部、甘肃东南部等地部分地区有大到暴雨（50～80毫米）。上述部分地区伴有短时强降水（最大小时降雨量20～30毫米）。
