10月4日，《市北区浮山新区单元控制性详细规划》批前公示，规划范围北至黑龙江路，东至劲松五路，南至浮山，西至福州路，规划用地面积约9.32平方公里，片区功能定位为集高品质居住、公共服务、商业商务等功能于一体的生态宜居片区。
