中色股份10月9日公告，公司董事会收到公司董事兼总经理蒋雷的书面辞呈。因工作调整，蒋雷辞去公司董事、董事会战略委员会委员、董事会法治委员会委员及公司总经理等职务，辞职后蒋雷将不再担任公司及控股子公司任何职务。蒋雷的辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。
