据央视新闻，总台记者当地时间8日获悉，美国国家旅游办公室的初步数据显示，8月份持学生签证抵达美国的国际学生数量与2024年同期相比下降了19%。据美联社报道，6月和7月的人数也有所下降，但8月通常是夏季入境外国学生最多的月份。今年共有超31万名学生入境。报道称，随着特朗普政府收紧学生签证，美国高校国际学生入学人数受到打击。（东方视频 巢思远）
