齐鲁网·闪电新闻10月9日讯据东营市最新雨情通报，10月8日4时至9日6时，全市平均降雨量8.1毫米，最大利津城区17.5毫米，全市10.0～24.9毫米28个站点，0.1～9.9毫米49个，今年全市累计平均652.3毫米，比去年同期（774.8）偏少122.5毫米，较常年（543.5）偏多108.8毫米。预计今天白天东营市降雨将持续。
