据信用中国网站消息，因过度诊疗，天津北辰天穆骨科医院被罚超46万元，被责令整改并约谈负责人。
近日，天津北辰天穆骨科医院因过度诊疗，违反《医疗保障基金使用监督管理条例》第三十八条第2款之规定，天津市北辰区医疗保障局对天津北辰天穆骨科医院处以46.455625万元罚款，要求退回医保基金、责令整改约谈负责人。处罚决定日期为2025年9月23日。
