近日媒体报道，湖南一男子李某在足浴店接受技师杨某按摩时猝死，司法鉴定其死亡时尿道口及大腿根部有精液。
李某家属认为，足浴店违规向李某提供非法性服务，导致李某过度刺激猝死。但足浴店对此予以否认。
李某家属诉至法院，要求足浴店赔偿113万余元。近日，法院一审判决，足浴店经营者徐某承担15%的赔偿责任、赔偿17万余元。
