财联社10月8日电，据广西南宁市水利局消息，根据水文部门对郁江上游最新洪水情况分析，预计未来2～3天，郁江南宁城区河段将出现超警3.5米左右的洪水。南宁水文中心于10月8日9时将南宁水文测报三级应急响应提升为二级应急响应，同时发布洪水橙色预警。
