10月4日下午，内蒙古锡林郭勒盟多伦县国道304线西干沟乡路段，有网友拍到40多辆车停在路边，车里的人则走进两侧的地里捡起了土豆。7日下午，视频拍摄者，也是当地人赵女士告诉记者，土豆是当地主要的经济作物，都是大面积种植，每年秋收过后，地里都会剩下不要的小土豆，谁愿意要都可以捡，都是免费的。 封面新闻记者 曹菲
