据广西水文中心消息，受今年第21号台风“麦德姆”影响，左江及支流明江、黑水河、右江支流鉴河等江河复现1～8米的涨水过程。10月7日8时，广西共有明江、右江及支流渌水江、郁江等15条河流18个站出现超警0.06～2.76米的洪水。广西水文中心已升级发布洪水黄色预警。
