美股周一早盘，五三银行（FITB）下跌0.3%，联信（Comerica Incorporated，CMA）上涨15%，此前五三银行与联信宣布以109亿美元全股票方式合并，将组建资产规模达2880亿美元的全美第九大银行。
联信股东将获得20%的股份溢价，合并交易预计在2026年第一季度前完成，尚待监管部门批准。合并后的实体将在美国20个增长最快市场中覆盖17个市场运营。
